A.      Approve Refund of 2018/2019 Sewer Service Charges – 2nd Installment in the Amount of $835.46 for APN 136-019-002 Due to Non-Operation of Sewer Services

B.      Approve Refund of 2018/2019 Sewer Service Charge – 2nd Installment in the Amount of $777.48 for APN 135-041-032.  The Reason for the Refund is that the Subject Parcel was Assessed Sewer Service Charges Twice Due to the Sharing of an Adjacent Meter

C.      Approve Purchase of New Sensors from APG Neuros, Inc. for the Blowers in the Amount of $4,672.25 plus tax

D.      Establish Spending Limit for District Manager-Engineer (Proposed is $5000)
