A.      Approve Gexpro Support Services Renewal May 8, 2018- May 8, 2019, for $5472.16.

 

B.      Discuss Draft of Agricultural Lease With Van Ruler Orchards Inc.

 

C.      Authorize Staff to Sign Beekeeper Service Program for the District’s “Solar Bees.” Staff has Evaluated the Service Proposal Submitted by Medora Corporation.  The Proposal Covers One Annual Servicing of the Equipment Including Upgrading of Software Components.  The Service Program Also Covers in Part or In Whole Servicing Needs That Might Occur During the Year.  The Cost of the Service Agreement is:

Option 1 – Standard Annual Cost = $5050.00

Option 2 – Locked Annual Cost = $5252.00

Option 3 – Upfront One Time Cost (3 yr. term) = $14,393.00

Staff Recommends Option 3

 

D.      Concerning Upcoming Vacancy In the Position of District Manager

1.       Review District’s Job Description for District Manager and Approve or Amend, if Necessary; Or President to Appoint Committee to Review and Make Recommendations to the Board.

2.       Determine Procedure for Filling Vacancy; or President to Appoint Committee to Make Recommendations to the Board.
