Authorize the Board President to Sign two Letters of Engagement with Johnson & Matos CPA’s, Inc. to Audit the Financial Statements for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 in the Amount Not to Exceed $8,000.00 and Prepare the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Annual Special Districts Financial Transaction Report in the Amount Not to Exceed $500.00

B. Approve a Purchas Order with APG-Neuros in the Amount of $21,502.33 for an Annual Supply of Blower Filters

C. Approve a Reduced Facility Fee for an existing Accessory Dwelling Unit, located in the vicinity of Sequoia Street and Adams Avenue

D. Update on the Salida Recycled Water Project
